Glan ydyw ofn yr Ion
  Dros fyth yn gyfion erys:
A'i farnau ynt yn gywir iawn,
  Gwirionedd cyflawn ddilys.

Ni ddyry mêl i ddyn,
  Na dim yr un felusder;
Nac aur a goethwyd lawer gwaith,
  I'r golwg chwaith fath hoffder.

Rhybyddiant hwy dy wâs,
  I fyw yn addas beunydd;
I'r sawl a'u dyfal gadwant hwy,
  Mae helaeth wobrwy hylwydd.

  Rhan I - Mae uwch ein pen ffurfafen faith
  Rhan II - Yr haul cyfodi wna
  Rhan IV - Pwy a ddeall ei gamweddau?
  Wele yr wybren uchel yw

Clean is the fear of the Lord
  Forever righteous it remains:
And his judgments they are very right,
  Full, sincere truth.

Honey does not give to man,
  Nor anything the same sweetness;
Nor gold refined many times,
  To the sight either such pleasure.

They warn thy servant,
  To live worthily daily;
To those who diligently keep them,
  There is the great reward of prosperity.

 9 His perfect worship here is fixed,
     on sure foundations laid;
   His equal laws are in the scales
     of truth and justice weighed. 

10 Of more esteem than golden mines,
     or gold refined with skill;
   More sweet than honey, or the drops
     that from the comb distil. 

11 My trusty counsellors they are,
     and friendly warnings give;
   Divine rewards attend on those
     who by thy precepts live.
